To Negotiate is ...


To negotiate is not to win just by winning. To negotiate must never be based in the dreadful concept of creating needs that do not exist since the world that seems big is in truth too small and sooner or later the issue of creating unreal needs is like the ones who sell drugs, who are only creating destruction.
They may think that they are winning but corruption is never the method for success since we must never lose the perspective and the sense of life.
The negotiation must be based in finding things in common and making of the differences, not conflicts but alliances.
