The Attention in the Negotiation. For Reflection

How many times we have lost while thinking that we were going to win, but this happens for a reason that is not excessive confidence, lack of knowledge, lack of experience, lack of capacity but lack of maintaining due attention.

Every negotiation requires that we are awake, which means, taking care of every detail, and projecting every experience in a future that foresees the changes of stages and the uncertainty of a volatile destiny, and the person who sleeps, will dream with success but will awake with misfortune, then, we must be like torches in the darkness.

Be vigilant, cautious, attentive, never smug or arrogant. Be humble to learn, but courageous for defending each stage of the path, always dressed with the truth, then, you will have leadership on each stage of the negotiation and you'll know where you are going and will not get lost in the mist nor in the foam of glory, but you'll contemplate solid ground, and as a good captain you'll take your ship to safe destiny.

Attention is fundamental in the art of reaching the goals, of defending, protecting, taking care and multiplying them. Be vigilant, sleep with one eye and be attentive with the other, this is a simple advice that will make you able to negotiate with the toughest expert.

There are paths difficult to travel , to reach . Specially the ones that are very high near the stars of the sky. Each step that we take, seems somewhat, that we have gone back one hundred years. How can we reach the goals if destiny seems to oppose ? And the highest mountain, which is the most distant, most impressive, seems so far away. The strength is an evolved form of commitment and determination. It is also assistance and realization that tomorrow comes after many days.

Where does this commitment come from ? What will bring the mountain to our feet ? Spirituality is a science of life. And life is to be born, then to die, and to be born again. What is important is the understanding that for a step to follow the other - instead of anguish , there must be that which transforms the weak man in strong and conqueror. It is more than patience, it is the science of a mature love, who does not look for miracles but looks for the understanding not to torture if he/she can't understand everything immediately.

Every day is a universe of real and unreal experiences and by balancing them, only the best stays. Because the best is not the goal, but the path. And that is why, no matter how high the mountain is, no matter how impossible to reach, it will happen because there is conviction instead of haste. The conviction of the spiritual man is in what is good. And this is not initiated with life nor ends with death because it always is present.

If You and I. Inspirational. For Reflection

Most wars happen among nearby neighbors, but if both would have chosen the way of peace and if they have had better communication, the world of today would be very different.

Unfortunately, we change the word Peace, into an unending conflict, to the point of changing our ideals into an absurd event of words and violence that does not bring anything good.
If You and I, could understand that the world is a wonderful sphere of life, then, those green fields would not be deserts today and the rivers filled with crystalline water and fish would not be poisoned where only death flows.
If You and I could understand that the true meaning of wealth is to be shared in order to have progress, today the whole humanity would not suffer a great deal of lacks, where the innocent dies of hunger, thirst and lack of a roof and clothes, but You and I tried to conquer, some foolish worldly ideas, with towers of power and control, to the point that even the medications are expensive offenses that kill -without swords, the innocent on their beds.
If You and I would not have let ourselves go, changing our values, then, virtues would flourish today, but instead, they withered.
But, if You and I can feel the spiritual call, then, we can change and stop the chaos, disorder, filth, violence and we will eradicate violence, rancor, arms and even the word war from our lives. And we will realize that we are not only neighbors, but also, brothers and thus, the children of a loving and divine Father, who gave us the earth, not to harm her but to care for and to love.
If You and I, truly look for peace, there is still time, time to die or time to live, We only have to remember that whatever we do, it will become either honor or dishonor, death or happiness.
I extend my hand, awaiting for yours, in order to make of life and of earth, a worthy world of love and peace, which our Father God entrusted us to care for.

Reaching the Goals

There is a great difference between light and shadow, however, in a single instant, we can pass from one direction to the other from one path to the other, from one dwelling to the other.
Everything is found in the will and in the use of discernment. Let’s not lose the option of overcoming, of discovering and self discovering, of knowing the truth and of totally moving away from the lie.
In the universe, there are life and death, there are health and illness. What’s needed to reach the goals?
What encourages us, is found only in our conviction, nothing is reached in desperation. Everything is achieved in the constructive determination.
To be positive does not mean to believe that things will happen as we want but rather is making those things happen, achieving them. Then, all effort and sacrifice will turn into investment that in turn, is wisdom, because we are taking our life into account and making it valuable.

When Everything seems to be Lost

I know that there are times in which heaven seems to be like stone, the earth seems a hot iron and if we take a step back, we would face the abyss. Situations, circumstances, where we feel that we don't have any kind of control. And where everything is loss, desolation, loneliness, misery and anguish. But you must understand that in those moments, you are accompanied by an inner, superior force that wants to help you, but needs that you discover that there is power in faith. And although the resources and possibilities seem terrible, you have to know that it is the time and opportunity to be yourself. And by feeling apparently alone, you call unto God since you have this ability.

If the world seems to be burning, you can meet the Creator who will not allow anything to hurt you but you have to do the effort of improving and excelling because the conditions that you are facing now, have not come alone, since there are series of events in which you have intervened directly or indirectly and which have made you vulnerable. But remember that this is the exterior world, in the inner world, in your faith, God has put a commandment, which is to love you and to lead you towards peace and prosperity. But you must grow and mature, you have to go beyond your senses and allow Love to intervene and in this way, you will know his strength, his purity, his compassion, his justice and his kindness.
Take refuge in prayer, but not as a escape but as fortitude where you will recover from the wounds.
Life, sometimes, turns into a terrible battle but you have to learn to be yourself, to search for good, expressing charity and equity and then, you will gather the fruits.
If you think that you are not getting them, that life is not fair, that you are thirsty, hungry, that you are experiencing cold and disease, don't think that everything has been lost. I have been and I have known extreme situations but the presence of God has always intervened.
The creation is Love and Love keeps on being the primordial light. It may be that you are sick, alone, that you feel confused, that they have broken your heart in a thousand pieces, that your friends have left you, that nobody comes to see you. It may even happen that you are in a desert with nobody in sight, or you may be in a mountain made out of iron. Or you may not have food, you may feel exhausted, or feeling the open wounds and feeling like dying. Or you may feel like facing hell, or in front of a killer who wants to hurt you. It does not matter, how serious the situation is. I want you to know that God exists and that he is waiting for you to open your heart and receive Him. Then, you will see the Creator in you. But don't look for Him only in times of need but because He is wisdom, justice, truth and especially because He loves you since you were in your mother's womb. He is the source of life and the life of the whole universe. He will never abandon you. When your last moment comes in life and you start facing death, don't think that He has left you.
He will always be with you and at the same time, He will always be waiting for you. His embrace is absolute, whole. He will not push you back. Call unto Him and be as worthy as possible to receive Him. Although we cannot raise to Him, be humble to listen, to look for Him and although you may be in an extreme situation, He will always be in you. He will never abandon you.
